In the on-going effort to maintain the St. Margaret's Bay Trail to the standard that we as a community can be proud of, we do need the support of individuals like you. We suspect you would not be visiting this site unless you too, enjoy nature and all that the outdoors has to offer.

We invite you to follow the links to our, "Bench Program" to find out more about how you may sponsor a trail side bench as a family contribution or possibly a memorial bench in memory of a loved one. Currently under our Bench Program we do not permit commercial advertisements, however we are entertaining the idea of commercially sponsored covered picnic tables. If this may be something that you or your company might be interested in, we would love to talk with you.

Another option for supporting and being a part the trail is through the Nova Scotia Trails Federation Meter Program. With your donation to purchase a meter you will receive a personalized certificate of appreciation and a tax receipt. You have the option to designate your donation to a particular NS Trails community trail group. In addition the St. Margaret's Bay Rails to Trails Association will install a plaque on one of the many Trail head signpost acknowledging your support for the trail. One more option is for $10.00 a year your family can join the association and become an "Associate Member" or a "Friend of the Society". Click on the "Membership" tab for more details.
